DA works on a DKP system like wow?? haha thats funny the amount of problems DKP guilds have is hilarious whilst the system works to begin with eventually you will get an ex wow player who knows how to work the system

DKP was a system in World of Warcraft guilds used when doing end game raids, attending a raid would grant x amount of DKP etc and ur performance in said raid would grant u more DKP etc, meaning that some players would sit there and "Farm" DKP meaning that whenever an item dropped they had the first call as to whether they wanted it or not... meaning that lower geared players wouldnt get their drops because the higher levels would for lack of a better word steal it all. and if you go on a need basis then u have the problem of who needs it more? some1 who has no end game gear or someone who needs only 1 piece to be fully geared etc etc

Lol it just means that people who attend hunts, get items, no different to when we had guild on usa and we never had problems there with items.

Stops people joining for items, and not hunting.

DKP points was actually a system in Everquest that was copied by wow guilds; just like wow copied about everything from other games. It means Dragon Kill Points (Dragon being a boss). It means in essence that people who are always there when you need them will get the good loot first.

That's how DA works as well, although without the points. It's just a fair way of doing things.
